Returns & Refunds
We allow customers to request a return within 30 days of receiving their items. Even if the product packaging has been opened, you may still submit a return request, provided the item remains in a condition suitable for basic inspection and resale.

Refund Processing Time: Within 3 business days after we receive the returned item and complete our inspection.

As this is a special clearance event involving sales at a loss, all items are considered final-sale merchandise.
